At l’Ermitage du Pic Saint Loup, our obsession is to produce a wine that is the pure expression of its ‘terroir’. The sine qua non condition for making a great wine is to respect the grapes; that is why at l’Ermitage du Pic Saint Loup we understand the importance of nature and the influence that it has on the wines. We have already been working naturally, in a biodynamic manner, for several years. We have now begun the process of organic agriculture certification.
