Particular care is paid to the culture of the vines, which are grown using entirely biodynamic methods.
Forerunners of this technique since they started, the brothers simply turn over the ground and use no pesticides.
But more than anything, they are deeply attached to their vines, tending to them, observing them, and giving them time. Careful work in the vineyards makes for good quality grapes, essential for producing good wine.
The vines on the property are harvested by hand at perfect maturity in the cool early hours of the morning. The yields are controlled by judicious pruning; the grapes are selected and treated with great care from the moment they are picked to the moment they go into the vats, keeping the stress on the grapes to the minimum, in order to create a great end product.
