A powerful vintage, with great finesse. Garnet red with crimson tints. Blackcurrant, redcurrant and prune are found on the nose at first; as it evolves, the spices, leather, liquorice and garrigue that are typical of this wine can be detected. The wine is potent, long and persistent on the palate, with the same aromatic notes as on the nose – leather, garrigue (bay and rosemary), spices, with good density and finesse promising great ageing potential.
